Here is an example from one annual Sales Kickoff of using graphic design to meet corporate needs to motivate all salespeople. My thinking was to motivate salespersons across-the-board regardless of race, gender, age, nationality, or ability status.

Designing for Depth

For conventions I had to create entirely new interfaces every year inspiring participants to come in person. As one year’s example, I tried to brainstorm how to hook potential convention participants to explore all three segments. I’m thinking this museum structure does not actually exist on earth: Basement Level -> All Ocean things,  Level 1 -> All things Terrestrial, Highest Level -> All things dealing with Space.

I designed and custom-built SEO-focused ad campaigns that played a pivotal role in driving substantial business growth.
